Hi, I'm Juliano Rafael Ramos. I am a Business Administrator, Software Engineer, and people manager passionate about customer experience, people development, and peak productivity-related topics.
When I was thirteen I learned how to code, which led me to create a website to help people with micro-computer and software issues.
This website brought me plenty of opportunities and unleashed the writer in me since then. In this journey, I could write many technical articles, cover software and gadget releases, chase and develop news, and many more.
Since 2012 I have been in charge of ResumoTEC, an independent technology-related blog that is surviving under the sea of audiovisual information that we live in.
In parallel, I write sporadically (Blog) about human behavior, the impact of new technologies in society, productivity, and personal achievements.
